This is the Vietnam discovery tour that is most organized. DAY-BY-DAY ITINERARY
DAY 01: HANOI ARRIVAL
Arriving at Noi Bai airport, after clearing immigration and customs, you will be met and privately transferred to the hotel in Ha Noi center. Check in and relax after a long flight. Stay overnight at the hotel in Ha Noi.
DAY 02: HANOI CITY TOUR (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
After having breakfast, you will have full day city tour. Hanoi, capital of Vietnam, oriental style old buildings, luxuriant trees along street, local market, motor-bikes, etc, A city tour in Hanoi will give you the first impression of oriental. In the city tour, you will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and his former, the One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (or Vietnam History Museum), Hoan Kiem Lake. Finish your day off at the Thang Long Opera Theatre for a traditional Vietnamese Water Puppet Show.
Stay overnight in Ha Noi Capital.
DAY 03: SAPA TOUR (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Have breakfast at 6.00AM at your hotel. 7h00AM Departure to Sapa by Universe Limousine (luxury bus). It takes about 6 hours to get to Sapa Town. Along the way, you will have chance to contemplate the beauty of northwest mountains that terraced fields are sparkling in sunlight or dim in thick fog. Arrive in Sapa, meet tour guide and enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes. Check in hotel and take a rest.
In the afternoon, take a short trek to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa.
Stay overnight in Sapa Town.
DAY 04: SAPA TOUR (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
After breakfast at hotel, we start trekking on small trails down the Muong Hoa Valley toward Lao Chai village of Black H’mong ethnic people. Here we will discover their daily life and how they make traditional clothes, handicraft, indigo…We will visit the biggest valley which provides the best view for golden rice terraced fields in Vietnam. After Lao Chai we walk to Ta Van village of Giay people. It is a small group of ethnic people in Vietnam with a rich culture and beautiful houses located on rice paddy fields.
Lao Chai & Ta Van Villages, about 8 km from Sapa town, where black H’mong and Dzay people are living, it is also the beginning of the valley which is called Muong Hoa. From a high point of the main road, great view of the whole villages open wide to offer the marvelous panorama views, backed by high mountains and facing the river. Here you will enjoy the fresh air, see terraced fields and stream, discover and visit some of Black H’mong families. You will have a welcome feeling at any house of the hospitable people there. You can interact them, learn about their culture and customs.
Back to Sapa about 15h00. Free time at leisure for shopping or visiting Sapa on your own. Stay overnight in Sapa.
DAY 05: SAPA – HANOI (BREAKFAST)
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Feel free discover Sapa Town. 14h30, the car pick you up and transfers to Bus Station. 15h00, departure to Hanoi by Universe Limousine (luxury bus). Arrival in Hanoi about 21h00, transfers to your hotel for check-in. Stay overnight in Hanoi Capital.
DAY 6: HANOI – HALONG BAY – OVERNIGHT ON THE BAY (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
Today, we leave Ha Noi Capital and drive to Ha Long Bay. Ha Long Bay is one of the most famous places in Vietnam and consists of a series of impressive limestone islands that are on the UNESCO World Heritage List. There are around 2.000 islands in the bay and many of them are with beautiful lush vegetation, making them ideal for walking. Many of the islands are also the home of caves.
Arrive in Ha Long City about 11h00AM. Transfer to the yachts for a cruise through the limestone cliffs and emerald waters of Ha Long Bay to enjoy a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone this World Heritage Site. While being on board, we will be served a sumptuous fresh, local seafood lunch followed by swimming and exploring some of the limestone caves in this area. Try the feeling of witnessing the sunset on boat is really great. Have a dinner on board. The captain then will anchor for the night nearby a remote island. In the evening, there is the option for night fishing or just sit out on the deck and relax under the stars. Stay overnight on Junk.
DAY 7: HALONG – FLY TO HUE CITY (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Waking up surrounded by the tranquil beauty of the bay, we have time for an early morning dip with joys and emotions for watching sunrise on sea followed by breakfast. The cruise continues to move around the bay for us to discover more secluded areas; we then take kayaking and swimming in the stunning bay. The junk will be near us at all times serving as a backup vessel for those that require it. At around midday we will return to the main harbor before transferring to our awaiting vehicle for a 4-hour journey toward Noi Bai airport for flight to Hue City. Arrive in Hue City, meet your guide and transfer to city center for hotel check in. Stay overnight in Hue City.
DAY 8: HUE FULL DAY CITY TOUR (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Today we will do full-day city tour. Starting by boat trip on Perfume River to visit the picturesque Thien Mu Pagoda, then visit Minh Mang King Tomb. Transfer back to Hue center for lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, take a visit to the Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City. After that, walking around and shopping in Dong Ba Market. Stay overnight in Hue City.
DAY 9: HUE – DANANG – HOIAN ANCIENT TOWN (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
After having breakfast, drive to Hoi An ancient town. The scenery on the way is very beautiful, do not forget bring your camera, taking a lot of pictures. Stop at Lang Co beach for coffee and refreshments before winding our way up the spectacular Hai Van Pass to admire the stunning views north to Lang Co beach and south to Da Nang City.
Arrival Hoi An, enjoy the lunch and check in hotel. In the afternoon, we take a city tour in Hoi An Ancient Town. Visit Temple Kwan, Phuc Kien Temple, Tan Ky Ancient House, Phung Hung house, Japanese Bridge and cultural show rooms in Hoi An. Feel free discover Hoi An at night. Stay overnight in Hoi An.
DAY 10: COOKING CLASS – MY SON SANCTUARY (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Morning, have breakfast. Guide pick up you at the hotel. Take a bike to the downtown, stop by Hoi An’s colorful central market. Here you will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. So make sure your camera is handy. 10:00 bike to Tra Que vegetable village. Welcome drink for rest and walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here. 11:00 Work together with the chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.
In the afternoon, drive to 4th century Cham religious sanctuary of My Son, located in a beautiful green valley surrounded by impressive mountains. Back to Hoi An Town at late afternoon. Stay overnight in Hoi An.
DAY 11: HOIAN – DANANG CITY – FLY TO NHATRANG (BREAKFAST)
Free until transfer to Danang airport for flight to Nha Trang – the country’s premier resort town. Arrive in Nha Trang, transfer to the hotel for check in. In the rest of day, take free leisure for swimming on Nha Trang beach and city discovery. Stay overnight at hotel in Nha Trang.
DAY 12: NHA TRANG ISLANDS AND SNORKELING TOUR (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Today, we do snorkeling tour at Hon Mun Island. Hon Mun Island is one of Nha Trang’s most recognized islands for its clean water and lyrical beauty. A magnificent panorama generated by blue waters and green trees may be seen from above. Coming there will undoubtedly take you away from the rush and bustle of the city and immerse you in the magnificent nature. Hon Mun Island’s unique marine habitat is another appealing element. The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) considers it to have the highest maritime biodiversity in Vietnam, with over 1,500 marine species. Hon Mun is Vietnam’s first marine conservation area and the only sea region where fishermen are not permitted to fish.
You will be picked up from Hotel, transferred by Car to Vinh Truong pier then take a speed boat to Mun island. The Marine Protected Area is the most picturesque island in Nha Trang Bay. Snorkeling along the coast at two different locations on Mun Island. Because of its link with hot ocean currents driven from the equator, it has a diversity of corals with unusual morphologies. Hon Mun Marine Park is known as the Indo-hub Pacific’s coral variety due to its abundance of corals. As a result, it not only draws visitors but also provides an opportunity for oceanographers to research and explore the seafloor.
The next stop is called Mini Beach. Mini Beach is a small beach in Nha Trang with stunning white sand, emerald green water, and a view of the seabed from which to appreciate the reefs. Simply sitting beneath an eagle’s canopy and inhaling the aroma of the sea can help you forget the summer heat and replace it with the fresh and pure air of the sea.
The tour ends at 15h30. Back to your hotel. Stay overnight in Nha Trang.
DAY 13: NHA TRANG – FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH CITY – CITY TOUR (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Transfer to Cam Ranh airport for morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, car and guide pick up for half day city tour visit: Reunification Palace, War Remnant Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post office, Dong Khoi Street, Ben Thanh market. Free at the rest of day. Stay overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
DAY 14: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG HOME STAY (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
In the morning, car and guide transfer from Ho Chi Minh City to Cai Be (Tien Giang Province). During 2-hour car ride, you will pass through the picturesque rice fields and enjoy the peaceful scenery before arriving at Cai Be.
Upon arrival in Cai Be, have a boat ride to remaining site of a very renowned wholesale floating market on Tien River many years ago. This site entitles you to know something about the local trading habit that has changed due to the age of the modern society when more terrestrial transportation and high-technique of agriculture have dominated everywhere. There, you can realize how diverse the area is and how rich orchard gardens are, which makes it the basket of fruit in the lower part of the Mekong River.
Ramble in small villages where you will uncover the beauty of Ba Kiet ancient house and get to know about the indigenous culture. Make a short visit to a small family business where the locals are making coconut fudges and crispy rice popcorn. Savor delicious fresh fruit and feel slow rhythms of Southern Vietnamese folk music – a kind of music entwined with the life and culture of the Mekong Delta people.
Paddle through small canals – an exciting experience since you can look around, unwind and soak up the wonderful atmosphere of the Upper Mekong Delta. Additionally, after arrival in Tan Phong Island, let yourself immerse in the tranquility of nature.

In the afternoon, take a cycling trip along the village path through orchards. Meanwhile, have some short stops to meet local people who help you understand more about the daily life in the Mekong Delta. Stay overnight in Tan Phong Island.
DAY 15: MEKONG – CAN THO CITY (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Have breakfast. Freely enjoy the fresh air and feel the peaceful life on the island until the boat picks you up and returns to Cai Be Tourist Wharf. Have lunch at Xeo May restaurant. The car takes you to Can Tho City. Arrival Can Tho, we visit:
*Binh Thuy Ancient House: It was first built in 1870 to worship Duong Family, it was restored in the early 20th century. This imposing house is located on Bui Huu Nghia Street, Binh Thuy – Can Tho. Enjoy the architecture and listen to the amazing history of this authentic French-style house and its region.was first built in 1870 to worship Duong Family. And the house is where they made the famous movie name The Lover by Director Jean-Jacques Annaud, which was related to the true love story of a French writer Marguerite Duras and her lover during her childhood.
*Munir Ansay pagoda: It was built in 1948, it was not until 1954 that the new gate was built with the similar architecture of the three treasures tower of Angkor Wat, and in 1964, the new main hall was built. After a lot of restorations and rebuilding, the pagoda is more beautiful and spacious today.

DAY 16: CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – PHU QUOC ISLAND (BREAKFAST)
At 05: 30 A.M., the guide will pick you up and then head to Cai Rang floating market by local boat. On the way to Cai Rang floating market, you will see the beautiful sunrise reflecting on the river. It is interesting that you can see real local activities such as washing clothes, catching fish, or children swimming in the river. Arriving at Can Tho floating market, you will know the history, cultural values, bustling trading scene, and amazing people there.
Back to hotel for breakfast. Freely until transfer to Can Tho airport for flight to Phu Quoc Island. Phu Quoc Island is Viet Nam’s largest island. Phu Quoc’s gleaming white sand beaches have earned it the nickname “Pearl Island”. It is blessed with beautiful scenery and rich natural resources. Visitors to Phu Quoc love its peaceful sea and long sandy beaches.
You will have a few days for relax at the beachfront hotel or resort after a long journey.
DAY 17: PHU QUOC ISLAND (FREE AT LEISURE) (BREAKFAST)

DAY 18: PHU QUOC ISLAND – FLY TO HO CHI MINH – DEPARTURE (BREAKFAST)
After breakfast, free until time to transfer to Phu Quoc airport for fly back Ho Chi Minh city to get the next flight back home. End of our service.
